Our customer service is extremely important to us and every member of the Alan Cooke Sales & Lettings team team strives to provide the best possible service to each and every one of our landlords and home owners. 

After every sales or rental transaction which we carry out we consult our tenants, landlords, vendors and purchasers to find out how we did.  We are constantly assessing our services provided to ensure that our clients feel they are receiving the highest standard of service possible.

Below are a selection of genuine comments we have received from our Landlords and Vendors throughout the month of August:

Mrs Greenwood said: ‘Elissia managed the letting of our property whilst we lived abroad for 3 years. The service provided was excellent, always keeping us informed and dealing with our tenants and any property maintenance issues which made us feel confident, particularly when she re-let the property within 2 days. We decided to sell the property which was also through Alan Cooke and not only did Elissia negotiate the sale, organise maintenance work to be done to complete the sale and she even organised removal men to empty our house as we were still living overseas. Selling a house is a stressful process, but Elissia has worked tirelessly to keep things on track, chasing up buyers and solicitors and keeping me informed of progress every step of the way. When things have not gone to plan, she has really risen to the occasion – when one sale fell through, knowing that i was under financial pressure to sell quickly, she managed to get a new offer on the house within the week.
